Cancellation Before Work Starts
If a project is cancelled before any strategy, research, setup, creative, development, or campaign work begins, eligible refunds may be considered after deducting payment gateway charges or administrative costs.
Cancellation After Work Starts
Once work has started, payments made for completed work, planning, audits, consultations, campaign setup, design drafts, development, content, or reporting are non-refundable.
Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs
Ad spend, hosting, tools, domains, plugins, platform fees, influencer fees, media placement costs, and other third-party expenses are not refundable by ZestyClicks. These are governed by the relevant third-party provider.
Refund Requests
To request a review, email support@zestyclicks.in with your name, project details, payment reference, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
